EFILive has recently launched it's integrated service desk to better respond to our customers.
Our comprehensive user help files and knowledge base better serves customers providing information on how to configure their EFILive hardware, communicate with the EFILive software, and their vehicle.
Our contact us form has been redesigned to capture more detailed information and help users find a solution before submitting their request. With single sign on capabilities, users can log into the service desk using their EFILive store account details, and can track their tickets, including email communication submitted to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
